A DRIVER has been spotted with a hilarious apology note on their car explaining why they're driving so slowly.

The video was uploaded to TikTok by @yazclarke and has gone viral on social media.

The video shows a Nissan Note with a hilarious message on the rear windscreen that says: "Sorry!! Nine points on licence."

The driver and the passenger behind the car with the hilarious note couldn't stop laughing.

However, the driver could be in trouble according to the Highway Code.

The Highway Code says: "windscreens and windows must be kept clean and free from obstructions to vision."
