YOUR Sky box is full of useful hidden settings – and one is all the rage on other devices at the moment.

A TikToker has revealed how to switch on the much-loved dark mode on Sky Q.

The button swaps the existing blue interface with a black one.

Dark mode has exploded in popularity across various things in recent years, like WhatsApp and iPhones.

People love it because it's less strain on your eyes.

"Looks so much better," TikToker James G told followers.

How to find dark mode on Sky Q

The dark mode on Sky Q isn't strictly dark mode by name.

It's officially known as 'high contrast' – but it still works pretty much the same.

To switch it on, all you need to do is press Home on your remote.

Then go down and look for Settings.

Then select High contrast and switch it on.
