SOME channel changes are set to land on Freeview in two weeks – and you may need to retune to benefit.
But it all depends where you are in the UK.
The GREAT! network of channels is tweaking its offering on Freeview.
At the moment it has GREAT! tv, GREAT! Romance and kids channel POP on the free service.
Some changes are coming which will expand the availability of some channels.
Though it'll come at the sacrifice of others.

BBC viewers warned of huge change on Freeview
The main GREAT! tv channel already went national on number 50 last month.
But its old slot will disappear later this month, so you may need to retune to keep watching.
Elsewhere, GREAT! Romance is apparently becoming more widely available.
According to RXTVInfo, the channel is also moving to a national Freeview slot on July 19, at number 52.

So you may need to rescan your box to benefit from it also.
However, it'll come at the expense of sister channel POP.
The kids station will have its coverage reduced in some areas.
To find out if you're affected, check channels 7 or 8 on July 19.
If you see a local channel after retuning, you should still receive POP.
